§ General Conduct

  • Maintain the architectural sanctity of private residences.

  • Respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

  • Prioritize cleanliness in all shared community spaces.

§ Security Compliance

  • Display official resident stickers on all vehicles.

  • Cooperate with security checks at Gate 1 and Gate 2.

  • Report any suspicious activity to the 24/7 command center.

§ Facility Usage

  • Pre-booking required for the Community Center events.

  • Masjid facilities are for meditation and prayer only.

  • Ensure proper disposal of waste in designated zones.
